My name is Bailey Rankin (formerly Miss Cramer) and I will be the 8th Grade Math and Math 180 teacher this year at Union Park. When I was a little girl, I always said I was going to be a teacher. Math is my passion and I look forward to making math fun each and every day for all my students. My goal in the classroom is to create a community where we respect each other, stay engaged, show teamwork, and most importantly - become life-long learners! I look forward to being a part of the Union Park community and getting to know all my students and their families!
A little about me...
I am an Arizona native and proud to say that I am a Deer Valley "comeback kid." I attended all years of elementary, middle, and high school in DVUSD! Afterwards, I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from NAU. Prior to teaching at Union Park, I taught 6th grade at another DVUSD school. I am excited to continue my journey at Union Park.
In March of this year, I just got married to my amazing husband, hence the name change! I enjoy spending my free time with family, especially my nieces and nephews!! My family plays a big factor in why I am an educator today. I also enjoy going hiking, working out at the gym, finding new eats, and getting to the beach as often as I can.
Students will benefit from exposure to the online testing environment provided below. In addition, experience with multiple questions generated based on the Arizona Mathematics Standards will help put students at ease while taking the AASA test this spring.
