Welcome to Kindergarten and welcome to our class page! I am so excited to be your child's first teacher here at Union Park. Go Toros!
I am an Arizona native and love calling North Phoenix, home. My husband Brian and I live in a crowded house with our two boys, Hudson and Harrison, Rey (kitty) and Marley (our new puppy).
I am proud to be a Deer Valley "comeback kid". I attended both Park Meadows and Deer Valley Middle School. I have great memories as a student in Deer Valley and hope to build some amazing memories with your child as well. I have been in education for 18 years as both a teacher and an Academic Coach. After spending a few years outside of the classroom, I realized my true {education} love was in the classroom with kids, in Kindergarten. I love teaching Kindergarten and watching the growth and learning all year long through fun, engaging activities. I cannot wait to work with both you and your child this year! I look forward to communicating with you throughout your child’s Kindergarten experience. Parent-teacher communication is extremely important to me and my goal is to create a wonderful family-school team for our students.
