Mrs. Lorie Kennedy

Hola Toros! 

I’m Lorie Kennedy, and I am so EXCITED to be a Union Park Teacher! This will be my 10th year teaching PE. I came back to teaching about 10 years ago. I was in the classroom before teaching PE. After teaching elementary kids, I took 10 years off to be a mom. When I was ready to return, I got my PE endorsement. I love working out, so PE is a great fit for me! I have been in the Deer Valley district since 2014. I love teaching PE, because it means I get to see all the students on campus. I want kids to love being active and have fun moving!

Outside of school, I have a happy little family of 4! My husband and I are AZ natives. I have two boys, Cutter and Christian, who keep life exciting! We have two English Bulldogs, Lulu and Lola. I LOVE spending time with my family, friends, eating out, and traveling!

I am looking forward to another great year, here at Union Park.
